INDIA CANNOT REPRESS ONGOING FREEDOM STRUGGLE … PEOPLES LEAGUE
Senior Hurriyat Leader and acting chairman JKPL Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has deplored that Indian troops have unleashed a reign of terror in every nook and corner of Jammu Kashmir to suppress Kashmiris freedom movement. He reiterated that the use of brute force could not deter the Kashmiris resolve to get freedom from Indian bondage. Indian authorities managed to stop the Kashmiris from assembling at UN Office Sonawar, it was a moral victory for the people of Kashmir as entire state machinery remained engaged to prevent the protest sit in, he said. He maintained that the people of Kashmir would not bow before the occupation authorities and would continue their struggle till its logical conclusion.
APHC leader appealed to the world community and international human rights organizations to help stop massive human rights violations by Indian troops in Kashmir and put pressure on New Delhi to resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris aspirations.“The peace and stability in South Asia can not prevail till the lingering dispute between the nuclear rivals is resolved,” he maintained.
