Srinagar, October 3, 2014
Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir people’s League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today appealed Indian government to allow international aid for rehabilitating flood victims before the commencement of winter.
During its visit to several affected areas, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that during this testing time Indian government, its forces and puppet government left the people of Kashmir on the mercy of Almighty and not provided help or relief to the affected. He said that it is the height of injustice that Indian government is now not allowing international aid to Kashmir. Waza appealed Indian government to accept realism and on humanitarian grounds allow the international community for rehabilitating the flood affected kashmiri families before the commencement of winter.

He said that government of Indian must shun politicizing the flood catastrophe and should not block the international aid.
Waza appealed people to observe Eid with simplicity and complete austerity. He appealed them to contribute for rehabilitating their fellow flood affected Kashmiris as after the passage of three weeks now Indian government or puppet government has not provided any succor to them.
Meanwhile, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza paid glowing tributes to martyred party leaders particularly to Shaheed Nazir Ahmad Dar and Hilal Ahmad Dar on their 22nd martyrdom anniversary.
On his directions, senior party leaders including Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi along with senior APHC leaders which include JKLF Chairman, Javid Ahmad Mir, Hakim Abdul Rashid, Shabir Zargar, Aijaz Ahmad Wani, Tahoor Ahmad visited the martyrs graveyard at Soura Awanta Bhawan and paid tributes to the martyrs.

APHC leaders pledged to take the ongoing freedom struggle to its logical conclusion.
