Kashmiris Genuine Leadership Sans would result in Abortion of Dialogue: JKPL

Jammu Kashmir Peoples Leguae (JKPL), a constituent of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Acting Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has stressed the need to include Kashmiris genuine leadership in the talks process between Pakistan and India to make it meaningful. Waza said that Kashmiris were the primary party to the dispute as it was their political destiny, which needed to be decided. He said that resumption of talks between the two countries was a positive development towards building conducive atmosphere for holding tripartite negotiation involving Pakistan, India and true representatives of the Kashmiri people. Waza maintained that non-inclusion of Kashmiris, as primary party in dialogue process would again result in abortion of all such initiatives. Waza reteirated that the Kashmir dispute had been pending for last several years and its amicable settlement would bring durable peace in South Asia.
