Srinagar, Nov 10: Terming the arrest of senior hurriyat leader Mukhtar Ahmad Waza at Sherbagh Islamabad Police station, imprisoning of Zaffar Akbar Bhat in district Jail Kupwara, incarceration of pro-freedom leaders Yasin Malik, Shabir Shah, Nayeem Khan in different jails across valley, and continuous house arrest of Syed Ali Geelani as political vendetta, APHC spokesman stated that crackdown on pro-resistance leader depicts the frustration of state government.
The spokesman stated such dictatorial acts against the pro freedom leadership by the state were ​totally ​undemocratic and violated the basic moral code.

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today while expressing sympathy with the families of two civilians who were crushed by CRPF vehicle in Srinagar, accused Indian armed forces of killing Kashmiris on roads under a panned conspiracy.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, who is under house detention from 12 days, expressed serious concern over the rising road accidents involved Indian security forces. “Indian armed forces have unleashed a reign of terror on Kashmir roads by rash driving and so far as state machinery has failed to control the army drivers who continue to violate traffic rules resulting shocking accidents.” He said.

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza while paying glowing tributes to Jammu martyrs, termed the massacre of Muslims in Jammu by the forces of Maharaja and communal elements backed by India, a tragedy and blackest chapter in Kashmir history liberation struggle.
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza who continues to be under house arrest from past nine days, said that forces of Maharaja and RSS goons in Jammu slaughtered thousands of Muslims just to change the demography of the region.
He said that such was the intensity of carnage that in Jammu province about 123 villages were ‘completely depopulated’. Kathua district ‘lost’ almost fifty per cent of its Muslim population. Thousands of Gujars were massacred in mohalla Ramnagar. Village Raipur, within Jammu cantonment area was completely burnt down. The Dogra troops were at the forefront of attacks on Muslims. The State authorities were also issuing arms not only to local volunteer organizations such as the RSS, but also to those in surrounding East Punjab districts such as Gurdaspur.

Srinagar, Nov 04: Terming the killing of two civilians in Chetrigam Budgam by Indian armed forces as a barbaric and brutal, Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad today demanded complete withdrawal of Indian troops from Kashmir and revocation of Armed Forces Specail Powers Act (AFSPA).
Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, who is under house detention since from last over five days, in an issued statemnet paid rich tributes to the youth who were martyred by Indian army yesterday when they were travelling in a car. He expressed sympathy with the families of martyred and also prayed for the early recovery of the two other injured.

Srinagar, October 24: Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, accompanied by Liberation Front Chairman, Javaid Ahmad Mir and Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Friday asked Indian government to open the channels of dialogue with Pakistan and Pro-Freedom Kashmiri leadership for averting a nuclear disaster in the region.
Addressing a gathering after Friday congregations in Kulgam district of South Kashmir, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that growing tension between the armies of India and Pakistan on borders is pushing both the countries towards a war which will bring a nuclear disaster in whole of the south Asian region.

Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples league Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza on Friday denounced the statement of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in which he (Rajnath Singh) had said that he had directed his armed forces to continue firing on Line of Control (LOC).
Accompanied by senior party leaders including Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Er Fayaz Ahmad, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza while addressing, Friday prayers in Noorpora area of Tral in South Kashmir, said that the way Narendra Modi government is dealing with Kashmir issue will definitely have serious repercussions. He said that from cancelling of sectary level talks with Pakistan and now directing forces to continue firing on Line of Control can prove disastrous for whole of the south Asian region.

Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza on Wednesday hailed Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit’s statement in which he said that Kashmiris were legitimate stakeholders of the Kashmir dispute and Pakistan will continue to work with sincerity for the peaceful resolution of the issue.
In a statement issued here, Waza said that statement of Pak envoy is encouraging and full of reality which India has to accept if they want to move forward.
“India was to shun its stagnant Kashmir policy if they want the resolution of this decades old problem through peaceful means.” Waza said, adding dialogue is the only way forward.
He said that calling off the talks has proved the stand of pro-freedom leadership that India isn’t serious in resolving the Kashmir dispute. He said that the calling off the talks has also proved that the bilateral talks with yield nothing.

Continuing its Party’s mass contact program, Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza along senior leaders including Ghulam Qadir Rah, Shakeel-ul-Rehman,  Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Jaffer Kashmiri visited Fathegund Shree Baramullah to pay tributes to Shaheed-e-Azeemat Sheikh Abdul Aziz and 72 martyrs who laid down their lives in 2008 during the mass agitation against the India’s illegal occupation and economic blockade.
During the visit, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza attended the special prayers session at Fathegund which was conveyed to pay rich tributes to Shaheed-e-Azeemat Sheikh Abdul Aziz. Prayers session was attended by dozens of party activists who pledged to take the ongoing freedom movement to its logical conclusion.
Addressing the prayers session, JKPL Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza emphasized the need of strengthening the party at gross root levels by reaching out to oppressed Kashmiri people in every hook and corner of the Jammu and Kashmir. Senior APHC Leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza was placed under house detention today who was detained by Islamabad police yesterday in the evening.
Party Spokesman, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi said that Waza Shab was arrested yesterday in the evening and was shifted to Police Station Sherbagh, however he was released from the police station and was placed under house detention as Waza shab felt ill.
Spokesman condemned police action and termed it unwarranted and unconstitutional. He said that by caging the whole valley which highest militarized zone in Whole South Asian region sent a clear message to world community that Kashmir is illegally occupied by Indian forces. He said that while India and its citizens were celebrating their freedom day, naïve Kashmiris were braving the oppression of Indian army. He said that besides caging the valley Kashmiris were cut off from the rest of the world as the puppet authorities jammed mobile phones and internet services.

The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir People’s League Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, while paying tributes to Shaheed-e-Azeemat Sheikh Abdul Aziz, and eulogizing his contribution to the freedom struggle of Kashmir said that Sheikh Abdul Aziz united Nation, Pro-freedom leadership before achieving martyrdom in year 2008.
While leading Anti-India, Anti-Israel and Anti-Kousrnag area in Kiomoh area of Kulgam district, Waza said that Jammu Kashmir People League will continue to work for unity in future as well.

Police on Friday detained Senior APHC Leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza in Islamabad and lodged him in Police station Sherbagh.
Party spokesman, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi condemned police action and said that Waza Shab was scheduled to lead a peaceful protest rally from Rehat-Dedi Masjid Islamabad to Lal-chowk after Friday prayers.
Earlier, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza denounced the nocturnal raids in valley particularly in South Kashmir and demanded early release of the arrested youths before Eid-ul-Fitr.

Waza condemns use of brute force on Peafecul protesters in Kulgam

Paying rich tributes to 15 years old Suhail Ahmad Lone who was killed by security forces yesterday in Qimoh Kulgam, Senior APHC leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that Kashmir is the only place in world where bullets are being showered over peaceful protesters. He condemned use of brute force on peaceful protesters protesting against the killing of youth in Kulgam resulting senior injuries to over dozen innocent teenagers.
Waza in an issued press statement denounced the state terrorism lashed by Indian armed forces in Kulgam and Anantnag districts particularly in Khudwani area of Kulgam district after the gruesome killing of 15 years old Suhail Ahmad Lone. He said that Indian armed forces didn’t allow the locals to mourn the killing of Suhail Ahmad and seized all the ways leading to the residence of martyr besides enforced undeclared curfew resulting serious problems to the local population.
Waza said that the area was caged by thousands of Indian armed troops who restored to violence during the day and injured over dozen teenagers, among them several who sustain injuries due to bullets and tear gas shell are serious.
He said that Indian armed forces lashing terror in both the districts by damaging the property including road side parked vehicles besides attacking teenagers with bullets and tear gas shells. He said that the puppet administration, has failed in controlling the Indian armed forces in the area that have gone mad.
Waza paid riches tributes to martyr Suhail Ahmad Lone and expressed solidarity and sympathy with the family. He also prayed for the early recovery of all those teenagers who became victim of the Indian armed forces’ oppression during anti-India, anti-Israel protests.
He urged international community to intervene in Kashmir conflict and stop the brutal killings of Kashmiri teenagers besides prosecuting the Indian armed forces involving in grave human rights violations.
 

  

Waza expressed shock over HMT road accident, demands demilitarization

Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today expressed deep shock over the killing of six innocents Kashmiris by Indian army vehicle in Srinagar.
He said that Indian armed forces were using their vehicles for killing common freedom loving Kashmiris. “Killings due to road accidents are increasing day by day. Hate and anger prevailing among the troops for Kashmiris is quite visible and HMT Srinagar road accident is outcome of this hate and anger.” Waza said.
He said that genocide of native Kashmiris is the main agenda of Indian armed forces and for it they have now crossed all the limits. He said that on one side Indian army is killing Kashmiris by bullets but at the same time they have brought minor changes in their oppressive policies and have started killing Kashmiris by their vehicles since from past over several years.

Jammu and Kashmir people’s league Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today castigated mainstream politicians and said that they were exploiting mission and sacrifices of martyrs for personnel comforts.
Waza in a statement said, “Since 1951 helping India in conducting sham polls and taking part in them, these mainstream politicians are exploiting the sacrifices of our martyrs who laid down their precious lives for securing ‘right to self determination’.” Adding for coloring anti-freedom movement designs of Indian Kashmiri nation will not forgive them.

All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has said that sacrifices of the Kashmiri people for peaceful resolution of Kashmir dispute will not go waste.Mukhtar Ahmad Waza addressing a public gathering in Yaripora area of Kulgam said that pro-India politicians were responsible for miserable condition of the Kashmiri people. He added that Kashmiris would never come into their hollow slogans.

Waza decried slow pace of judiciary, right violations

Jammu and Kashmir People’s league chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today while decrying the slow pace of judiciary system, castigated state government authorities and its agencies for lashing a reign of terror among the people of valley and continuing violating human rights.
Mukhtar Waza addressing a get together in South Kashmir’ s Islamabad district decried the slow pace of judiciary in probing the cases of innocent killings, rape cases of kashmiri women in which Indian security forces are involved as well as in providing justice to the political prisoners of region.
“It is very unfortunate that the Judiciary system of India and of occupied territory is not fairly paying heeds to the victimized kashmiri people. Due to the slow of pace of judiciary system kashmiri victimized people are still awaiting for justice and political prisoners of the valley continue to lash inhumanly inside the jails.” Waza said.
