Peoples League concerned over the eviction of Muslims in Jammu

Senior Pro-Freedom leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples league Vice Chairman Mohd Yaseen Attaie today expressed serious concern over the eviction of Muslims in Jammu on the name of a staged encroachment drive.
He said that communal forces including Hindu fringe elements like RSS is hell bent to repeat 1947 in Jammu and wants to disrupt the Hindu-Muslim brotherhood in Jammu region by forcibly evicting them from their homes and lands.
Expressing sympathies with Jammu Muslims, Attaie said that Peoples league will not allow communal forces to oppress Muslims in Jammu and disrupt the prevailing communal harmony.

He also expressed serious concern over the killing of trade union president in Sopore and said that under a well panned strategy, Innocent Kashmiris are being killed to crush the ongoing freedom struggle. A delegation led by senior leader Haji Qadoos visited Sopore and expressed sympathy with the family of the slain trader. Delegation also paid rich tributes to the slain pro-freedom activist.
Vice chairman Mohd Yaseen Attie also paid rich tributes to Mirviaz South Kashmir and Ummat-e-Islami chief Qazi Nissar Ahmad on his martyrdom anniversary and said that priceless sacrifices of Kashmiris and of our political leadership will not be allowed to go waste.
Attie said that martyred leader-Qazi Nissar Ahmad played a vital role in the ongoing freedom movement and his contributions can’t be sidelined.
