Waza announces support to 'Srinagar Million March'
Srinagar, November 1: Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza on Sunday announced support to 'Srinagar Million March' and urged common masses to participate in the march and give went to political sentiments.
In an issued statement, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that after threadbare discussion with the party members, leaders, Jammu Kashmir Peoples League decided to support the ‘Srinagar Million March’ and let know the world community that Kashmiris want complete Freedom from the illegal occupation of India.

Waza termed the Million March a best opportunity for Kashmiris for giving went to political sentiments and goals who have been oppressed and suppressed by Indian security forces.
He said that in the past to the ‘Marches’ organized by the pro-freedom camp especially Jammu Kashmir Peoples League has successfully served the cause.
Waza said that Kashmir is internationally acclaimed dispute and the peaceful resolution of this dispute can be only guaranteed with the implementation of UN resolutions or result oriented tripartite dialogue process. He said that Kashmir dispute if not resolved can destroy the South Asian region and has potential to hamper the progress of the region,

He said that Kashmiris have every right to express their sentiments and proposed ‘Srinagar Million March’ if allowed will shake the conscience of India and puppet rulers who are hell bent to crush the ongoing freedom struggle with the brute force. He urged International community to take a strong note of the prevailing situation in Kashmir and the grave human rights violations being perpetrated by Indian security forces
