Srinagar, Oct 30: Jammu and Kashmir people’s league today
expressed shock over the sad demise of Hamidullah Bawni’s wife that passed away
on 27th of this month.
A high level Delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League,
headed by Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today visited the house of Hamidullah
Bawani, a renowned social activist of
Dooru Shahabad Islamabad
Mukhtar waza expressed shock over the sad demise of Dr
Bawani’s wife and termed a great loss to the movement. He said that she was a
pious woman and during which he helped Kashmir freedom movement.
Speaking on the occasion Mukhtar Waza appealed people to
follow the path of Islam, traced by Prophet Mohamad (SAW) so that the life of
journey becomes fruitful on the Day of Judgment.
He said that valley’s religious intelligentsia should
contribute in curbing the immoral activities taking place in our society that
has overall affected the society in broader sense.
People’s League delegation prayed for the departed soul and
expressed sympathies with the family.
Meanwhile Jammu and Kashmir People’s League also expressed
shock over the sad demise of father of Advocate Mohd Ashraf alias Parviaz
Hyder, who passed away today this morning in Srinagar.
