In an extraordinary meeting at APHC head office presided over by the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and was attended by other Senior Hurriyat leader Executives which include Prof. Abdul Gani Bhat, Bilal Gani Lone, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, Masroo Abbas and Fazl Haq Querashi. A threadbare discussion was held in the meeting about recent development vis-à-vis Kashmir. However meeting ended inconclusive and it was unanimously decided that tomorrow it will again start in the morning hours along with general council members.
Meanwhile Executive Member APHC and vice chairman, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza visited many places of Srinagar district to strengthen the morale of party cadres, he however expressed serious concern over the deteriorated human right situation of Kashmir and urged upon the international communities to pressure upon India to end human right violations in Kashmir.
