The All Parties Hurriyet Conference has demanded an impartial international probe into the killings in fake encounters staged by Indian troops in Kashmir. The APHC said that the people of Kashmir had no faith in Indian investigating agencies. They maintained that three villagers of Nadihal were killed in a fake encounter by Indian troops in Machil area of Kupwara on 30th April. APHC said that thousands of people had been martyred during the last two decades in custody and fake encounters. They emphasised that human rights violations and the dialogue process could not go together. Later, the APHC members visited Nadihal to express solidarity with the bereaved families of the three martyred youth.

The Acting Chairman of JKPL, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza hammad while flaying the killing of youth in fake encounter, said that the troopers were involved in genocide of Kashmiris. He said that the troops were killing innocent civilians only to get promotions and medals. Waza appeals the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, to take notice of the stepped up Indian state terrorism in Kashmir
