JKPL vehemently condemns Pattan killing

Senior APHC Leader and Acting Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza in an statement has vehemently condemned the killing of four innocent youth namely Feroz Ahmad Malik, Mohammad Ramzan Mir, Mudasir Ahmad and Noor Mohmmad Tantry by the indiscriminate firing of paramilitary CRPF troopers on peaceful protesters at Pattan. Waza has paid glowing tributes to the slain youth and said that Government of India has given a free hand to its troops in Kashmir for carrying out the genocide of people. But these despicable and barbaric tactics won’t deter the resolve of Kashmiris and they will fight till they achieve inalienable right of self determination. Waza urged the pro-freedom leadership to forge greater unity among its ranks to defeat the nefarious designs of India to suppress the liberation movement. Waza reiterated that the international media has taken a serious notice of the ongoing struggle which augurs well for the ultimate success and added that at this critical juncture cohesion and single-mindedness are very important. He appealed to the international human organizations to raise their voice for bringing an end to India’s iron-fisted policy in Kashmir.
