Mukhtar Waza’s mother-in-law passes away, JKPL expresses sorrowfulness

The mother-in-law, Jana Begum of the Senior Hurriyat Leader and Acting Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza passes away today in SKIMS, Soura today at 11.OO A.M, due to cardiac failure, after ailing for the several weeks. She was 57. Her Namaz-e-Janaza was led by Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and was attended by hundreds of people including party workers, political and social personalities in the village of Chee Islamabad.

Jammu Kashmir Peoples League has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of the mother-in-law of APHC Leader, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza and prayed Allah Almighty to rest her in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear the loss.

JKPL in a condolence meeting offered fateha for the departed soul and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. Jana Begum was a deeply pious and God fearing woman and May God rest her soul in peace. May also bestow patience to all those who grieve at her passing, for from Him we come and to Him we must return, spokesman JKPL added.

Meanwhile chairman JKPL, Sheikh Mohammad Yaqoob in a statement expresses commiseration over the death of the mother-in-law of Mukhtar Waza and prayed Allah to rest the departed soul in peace.
