FIRING BY INDIAN TROOPS ON NAÏVE KASHMIRIS IS HIGHLY CONDEMNABLE : JKPL

APHC leader and acting chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza has strongly condemns the recent killing of two Kashmiri youth namely Tariq Ahmed Rather of Delina Baramulla and Tajamul Ahmad Bhat, of Wadoora in Sopore by Indian troops. Stating that denizens of the state were facing “worst kind of state terrorism”, Waza said that India had given free hand to its troops to kill Kashmiris. Waza urged India to stop its policy of repression in Kashmir. He said, killing of innocent civilians always leads to protests, followed by use of excessive force by the troops, which is highly condemnable.

Waza reiterated that the occupation authorities want to eliminate Kashmiri youth to suppress the ongoing liberation struggle. He flays India for executing Israeli policies in Kashmir to suppress Kashmiris’ just struggle for right to self-determination. “Like Palestinians’, the genocide of Kashmiri people is going on unabated in Kashmir.

Waza also denounces the arrest of PL leaders including Mohammad Maqbool Sofi, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Farooq Ahmad along with other 4O activists.

Meanwhile APHC asks people from all sections to come out on streets peacefully in their areas and go for sit in dharna.
