JKPL appeals world community to send teams to review the situation in Kashmir

Senior Leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and acting chairman Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza pays glowing tributes to innocent youths who have martyred by Indian troops yesterday at Islamabad. Waza expresses solidarity with the bereaved families and added that the unique sacrifices offered by the Kashmiri people would not be allowed to go waste and the ongoing movement would be taken to its logical conclusion.

Waza said that, on one side, the Indian troops and police personnel are killing Kashmiris and, on the other, the people of Kashmir have been restricted to their houses through undeclared curfew.

Waza said that the people of Kashmir have pledged to take the ongoing liberation struggle to its logical end despite the use of brute force by Indian troops. He said that no power of the world could stop them from their just struggle for right to self-determination.

Waza appealed the world community to send teams to Kashmir to review the situation and also urged it to put pressure on India to stop massive human rights violations in Kashmir and resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with Kashmiri’ aspirations.
